REACH Compliance

Concerning the requirement of EU No.1907/2006 Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction Chemicals (“REACH”), Everlight hereby declares as follows:
 

1. Everlight's LED products (“Products”) are within the definition of “Articles” in subsection 3 of Article 3 of REACH. To Everlight's best knowledge, none of the substance contained in said Products meet the registration conditions of Article 7 of REACH; therefore, Everlight is not required to register any of its Products or substances contained therein to the Agency under Article 7 of REACH.


2. The Products do not contain any of the 29 SVHC substances (as below).


3. Everlight will keep monitoring the new development of SVHC requirement and be fully in compliance with REACH schedules to notify the Agency if the Products contain any SVHC substances.

  • Al2O3: 43.5~47% w/w, and SiO2: 49.5~53.5% w/w, or
  • Al2O3: 45.5~50.5% w/w, and SiO2: 48.5~54% w/w.
  • Fiber have a length weighted geometric mean diameter less two standard geometric errors of 6 or less micrometers (μm).
